Ingredients
- 4 Cornish hens
- 1 1/4 cups Worcestershire
- Butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/4 cup ketchup
Directions
- Brush each Cornish hen with butter and place on vertical roaster.
- To make the sauce, mash garlic and salt together in a bowl. Combine with the remaining ingredients.
- Set Cornish hens upright on grill over hot coals and cover barbecue grill.
- Brush with sauce every 10 minutes for about 45 minutes or until tender.
