Salmon is great for getting your omega-3 fatty acids. Who knew that something that we love is actually healthy for us? Salmon is often used in countless soul food recipes, and is a great light meal in during the heat of the summer. With that being said, this is a wonderful marinade for grilling or baking your salmon in the summer.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 2 tbsp. vinegar (malt)
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Just mix all the above ingredients together and marinate your salmon overnight or for at least 4 hours. Then bake your salmon in the oven at 450 degrees for 45 minutes, or grill it on the grill until it flakes easily with a fork. Enjoy!
