Fruit Dessert Cups
INGREDIENTS:
8 ounce can pineapple chunks, drained
1 1/4 cups red seedless grapes
2 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
4 large scoops vanilla ice cream
1/4 cup orange flavored liqueur (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
- Combine all the fruits; cover and refrigerate.
- When ready to serve, spoon fruit mixture into individual dessert dishes.
- Top with a scoop of ice cream and drizzle a little of the liqueur over ice cream.
