<p><strong>INGREDIENTS:</strong></p>
<p>1 pound fresh asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces<br />
1 medium sweet red pepper, julienned<br />
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic<br />
2 tablespoons water<br />
3/4 pound uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and de-veined<br />
1/4 cup soy sauce<br />
5 teaspoons lemon juice<br />
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel<br />
2 teaspoons cornstarch<br />
1 tablespoon cold water<br />
Hot cooked rice</p>
<p><strong>DIRECTIONS:</strong></p>
<ol type="1">
<li>In a 2-qt. microwave-safe bowl, combine the asparagus, red pepper,      garlic and water. Cover and microwave on high for 4 minutes. Add shrimp;      cover and cook for 2 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink and asparagus      is tender. With a slotted spoon, remove shrimp and vegetables; keep warm.</li>
<li>Add soy sauce, lemon juice and peel to the microwave dish. In a      small bowl, combine the cornstarch and cold water until smooth. Stir into      soy sauce mixture.</li>
<li><strong></strong>Microwave, uncovered, on high for 1-2 minutes or until thickened. Return the shrimp mixture to the bowl; toss to coat. Serve with the rice if desired.</li>

<li>2 tablespoons butter</li>
<li>1 clove garlic</li>

<li>1 cup chicken stock</li>
<li>1 tablespoon cornstarch</li>
<li>2 tablespoons soy sauce</li>

<p><strong>Directions</strong></p>
<p>Wipe steaks with damp paper towel, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Set aside. In a large frying pan, saute garlic in butter. Add lemon juice. Add steaks and turn periodically. Cook 4 to 5 minutes or until fish flakes when tested with a fork. Remove steaks to clean platter. Set steaks aside. Saute mushrooms in butter in same pan. Add chicken stock, cornstarch and soy sauce. Cook, stirring continuously, until sauce thickens. Pour sauce over swordfish steaks.</p>

<p>Heat oil in dutch oven over medium heat until you hear it sizzling. Add crawfish and place lid on pot. Saute for 10 minutes. Remove crawfish with a slotted spoon and place them in a bowl to cool. In the remaining oil, saute the bell pepper, celery and onions for about 20 minutes or until tender. Add tomato sauce, mushrooms and most of the green onions. Cook 10 minutes. Add crawfish tails and corn and cook 10 minutes more. Add parsley and remaining green onions and cook another 5 minutes. Add salt and hot sauce to taste.</p>

Put vegetable oil and alligator meat in heavy 4 quart cooking pot. Add chopped vegetables, parsley and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Cover pot and cook over medium heat for one hour. Serve over hot cooked rice. Preparation time: 1 hour, 15 minutes.</p>

To make sauce, melt butter and add flour, garlic, onion juice, Worcestershire sauce, celery seed and liquid. Add mushrooms and shrimp. Cook until thickened. Put oysters in saucepan and simmer just until edges curl. Drain. Put oysters on cleaned oyster shells. Cover each with sauce mixture. Sprinkle each with cheese. Place on tray covered with rock salt. Broil for about 5 minutes or until bubbly.</p>
